Can I get the package to a BRT FermoPoint?
Yes, before placing your order, simply add your first and last name, address and city of the FermoPoint where you want the package to be delivered and write the name of the FermoPoint in the "Additional Information" section "1.Shipping Details".
If you have written the home address and you want to send it to a FermoPoint, you can redirect the package using the link you'll find in the shipping confirmation email, which will be sent directly by BRT.
WARNING: Delivery times to FermoPoints may differ from the standard schedule.
If the courier cannot find anyone at home during delivery, the package may be redirected to a local FermoPoint.
Delivery in Viareggio/Torre del Lago area
You can pick up your order in the area of Viareggio/ Torre del Lago after contacting our company by e-mail (info@mydoll.it) or on WhastApp.
All to be considered as business "days".

Orders with payment methods "Bank transfer in advance" will be sent only once we have received the credit on our account.
